Didn't want to take down my information or anything. Called immediately and the person at the desk was not helpful at all. As soon as we got home we realized that we'd left our brand new iPhone chargers in the room. Apparently this isn't the first time this has happened, and yet they've not fixed the problem. I went back inside and was told that my call from the room must have been routed to Cherokee, so they had to call down to the valet again. Called down ahead like it asks you to so our car would be ready from valet and ended up waiting 30 minutes, still no car. We only ended up staying the one night because I wasn't about to use that shower. When we went to bed there was a constant really loud noise coming from the ventilation shaft for the bathroom fan that kept us up. The bathroom shower floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while, which for a newer hotel was surprising. We're local, but received an offer for 2 free nights, so we decided to go check it out.
